As a first look at this torch. This is the ideal torch kit for my DIY adventures and my go-to lighter around the house. I use it for all sorts of tasks at hand.
This kit comes with a 14 ounce of mAP-pro Cylinder, the Bernzomatic BZ8250HTKC MAP-Pro Hose Torch, and the fuel holster. No need for anything else, simply unpack it and put to use. This is my second stint with Bernzomatic, and I have been using the TS8000 kit, and it’s been great, no issues, it has been reliable.
I bought it to do a plumbing job that I didn’t actually do after all, but I kept it because I find it to be useful.
I used it in a number tasks, and it has been put to use in a few of my videos. Lighting fire pits, releasing bubbles from epoxy projects and I even played with some wood burning techniques.

With the BZ8250HTKC MAP-Pro, I find this one to be more convenient. Having the hose torch is quite an upgrade, It is nice to not to have to hold on to the tank itself.
Especially when you are extending It away from your body your arm could get fatigued.
This is great for larger projects and the hold makes this easier. I also find the auto start/stop ignition to be easy to use.

I am looking forward to practicing my soldering silks since plumbing is one of the things I haven’t tinkered with, it’s good to know for a quick repair.
If you were wondering what the differences between MAP gas and propane are, according to my findings, I found MAP gas burns bit hotter than propane.
